Peakview Meadows is located on the east side of Berthoud, a short distance south of old Highway 287 and north of County Road 8. Building started in Peakview Meadows in the early two thousands with most homes were built by Peakview Builders and Saint Aubyn Homes. Homes in Peakview Meadows are in the 1000 to 3400 livable square foot range. Peakview Meadows is close to Downtown Berthoud's parks, pool and schools. Major shopping for Peakview Meadows is located in Longmont and Loveland. Downtown Longmont has an array of shopping and dining establishments. Taking Highway 56 west to interstate 25, Peakview Meadows is a short drive to the Eisenhower Boulevard (Highway 34) - interstate 25 interchange is the new Promenade at Centerra shopping complex, Budweiser Events Center & The Ranch, Market Place at Centerra and the new Medical Center of the Rockies. Schools are Turner Elementary School, Turner Middle School and Berthoud High School.
